Cancellation Policy

At Curative Botanica we value our therapists' time and hope you do too. We, therefore, ask that you give at least 24 hours' notice to change or cancel your appointment so that others may use the time allocated to you and avoid the cancellation fee.

• A cancellation fee for the full amount of the consult fee will apply for cancellations within 24 hours.

• For 60-minute initial consults that are canceled within 48 hours, 50% of the consult fee will be charged.

• Requesting rescheduling of an appointment within 24 hours of the consultation will be based on our discretion and may incur 50% of the consult fee or a forfeit of the appointment if it is part of a package.

• Failure to attend will result in a booking forfeit of 100% of the fee.

• Packages must be completed within the specified timeframe at the time of purchase unless otherwise arranged with the therapist.
