  • 30g fresh or freeze-dried raspberries
  • 15g mixed nuts, roughly chopped
  • 2 tablespoons goji berries
  • 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
  • Optional: 2 tbsp of chocolate protein powder, 1 tsp of cinnamon for further blood sugar regulation.

Total approximate protein without added protein powder: 6.5g

Total approximate protein with added protein powder: 12g

Equipment
  • Chocolate mould, tray or shallow baking tray
  • Heatproof bowl
  • Saucepan
Method
  1. Melt dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of gently simmering water, stirring until smooth.
  2. Remove from heat and set aside for 3–4 minutes until warm but no longer hot.
  3. Gently stir in 1 scoop of Belly Bliss until fully combined with no lumps. If using protein powder and/or cinnamon, add this at the same step.
  4. Pour onto a lined or greased baking tray and spread evenly.
  5. Scatter raspberries, nuts, goji berries, and shredded coconut across the top.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until fully set.
  7. Snap into pieces and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
This recipe contains 1 scoop (half your daily dose). Have your remaining scoop via your preferred method to complete your full dose. Alternatively, enjoy alongside your full daily Belly Bliss drink as a treat. ⚠️ Caffeine note: Dark chocolate (70%+) contains naturally occurring caffeine — approximately 20–25mg per 30g serve. Current Australian guidelines recommend pregnant women consume no more than 200mg of caffeine daily across all sources including coffee, tea, and chocolate. A small serve of this bark is well within safe limits, but be mindful of your total daily caffeine intake from all sources. If you have any concerns, speak with your healthcare professional. Tip: Freeze-dried raspberries give the best visual result and won't release moisture into the chocolate as it sets.

1 serve

Ingredients
  • 1 scoop Belly Bliss (6.25g)
  • 1½ cups Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 30g mixed nuts, roughly chopped
  • ½ cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
  • Optional: 1/3rd scoop unflavoured or vanilla protein powder

Total approximate protein without added protein powder: 27g

Total approximate protein with added protein powder: 37g

Equipment
  • Bowl
  • Baking tray
Method
  1. Mix 1 scoop of Belly Bliss with the yoghurt in a bowl and stir until fully combined and smooth. If using protein powder, mix into the yoghurt base.
  2. Line a baking tray with baking paper or grease. Spread the yoghurt mixture evenly on the tray, about 1cm thick.
  3. Scatter raspberries, nuts, chia seeds, and shredded coconut evenly across the top.
  4. Freeze for at least 3 hours or overnight until solid.
  5. Snap or slice into pieces and serve immediately straight from the freezer.
  6. Store any remaining pieces in a zip-lock bag or airtight container in the freezer.
This recipe contains 1 scoop (half your daily dose). Have your remaining scoop mixed into water at another point during the day to complete your full dose. Tip: Greek yoghurt gives the best texture and highest protein content. Coconut yoghurt works well for a dairy-free option but will be softer — freeze for longer.
