How to Take Your Belly Bliss:

Mix two slightly heaped scoops (12.5 g) with 250 ml water once daily, OR one heaped scoop (6.25 g) twice daily.

Consume immediately.

Fluid intake should be increased with an increasing dose of fibre. Adults only.

Daily dosage: 12.5 g.

 

Tips:

If you feel nauseous

  • Start with ½ a scoop and build up.
  • Sip slowly over 10–20 minutes.
  • Have it ice cold or blended 
  • Take it when you feel least nauseous.

For a gentler tummy

  • Drink after a few bites of food.
  • Split the dose into 2 daily.
  • Stay consistent.
