Since starting Belly Bliss, my bowel motions have been so much more regular (less constipation!), and it’s been a nice support for my gut and microbiome (knowing that’s supporting Bub’s microbiome too).I’ve also noticed my moods have improved and I have less brain fog. And I love that it’s an easy way to get some key pregnancy nutrients, including magnesium and calcium.The only downsides for me were that the texture/flavour was a little tricky to take at first, but mixing with ice cold water definitely helps. Overall, I think it’s a really great product!”
